Viscocity 100CS – 1kg/can – Shin-Etsu KF-965 – Dimethyl silicone oil – Temperature: -50 ~ 250 ℃ – Suitable as heating medium in closed systems KF-965 is ShinEtsu's liquid silicone mold release agent.
It provides good wetting of smooth & irregular surfaces due to low surface tension and easy spreading.
It exhibits excellent heat and cold resistance. It provides good thermal oxidation stability even at temperatures above 250°C, good performance and chemical stability.
KF-965 is recommended for rubber industry, plastic industry, die casting, surface treatment and synthetic fiber. It can be used with most molding materials.
