ShinEtsu KR-510：
- KR-510 is a methyl/phenyl silicone oligomer containing methoxy groups. Because it contains phenyl groups, it has excellent compatibility with organic resins. When mixed with organic resins that have reactive groups with methoxysilyl groups or by demethanol reaction, KR-510 can impart heat resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance to resins, and can also be used as a reactive diluent.
- By imparting the 3D siloxane structure of silicone oligomers into polyester resins, weather resistance can be improved.
